All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
All Shipping/Logistical Costs Will Not Be Refunded or Reimbursed; our employees and contractors must be compensated for their time, energy, and risks associated with the delivery of your product. If you live in the Toronto area, for selected items, we do offer local pick-up and drop-off.
